Rajabazi (www.rajabazi.bet) is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Rajabazi and the platform user ("Member").

Important Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Rajabazi may conduct additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.
• A maximum of 5 withdrawal requests may be made in a single day.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus can be active at a time (cashback is an exception).
• Read the terms carefully before activating a bonus — once activated, it cannot be reversed.
• A bonus may only be used by the member who received it and cannot be transferred to another account.
• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days. Any bonus not used within this period will be automatically cancelled.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require a specified amount of wagering (betting) to be completed before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier is stated on each bonus page. Bets placed at odds of 1.5 or below using bonus balance do not count towards wagering requirements.

Once a bet is confirmed on Rajabazi, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify the odds, stake, and potential payout before placing your bet.

Sports Betting

• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• In the event of delayed odds due to technical issues during live betting, Rajabazi reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to an obvious typo or system error, Rajabazi reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Any evidence of match fixing or other fraudulent betting activity will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bets and account balance.

Casino Games

• All casino games are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are regularly audited by independent third parties.
• If a game is interrupted mid-play due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
• Any disputes regarding game results must be raised with support within 48 hours.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on Rajabazi. Any involvement in such activities will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bonus arbitrage — using multiple accounts or accounts belonging to family members to multiply bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Using hacking, software bots, or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account using another member's information.
• Attempting to complete KYC using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Unauthorized attempts to access the platform's systems or database.

Rajabazi reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If false information is provided during the KYC verification process.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by submitting a request through support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing. To re-register with the same email after closure, contact support.
